Today , i won’t tell you it is going to be easy but i’ll always remind and assure you that you can get it done , your goals , your plans and everything else. It might seem like the whole world is closing in on you but it happens and we have to try as much as we can to fight the feeling no matter how much it hurts. Giving up should not be an option not today not tomorrow, not ever & same goes for suicide too, my love. pleasee. i hope you understand that at the end of a storm comes the calm , no matter how tough it may seem, it gets better.
I know you’re probably tired of hearing that but it’ll happen boo, believe it, manifest it!
Here are a few things that have helped me get through days:
* Taking a walk ; helps you think everything out and makes you feel more energetic especially after you’ve sulked in bed the whole day
* Hot showerssss do the trick , i mean treat yourself to some nice bath/shower. you deserve the world & this life na one for real !
*Write! You might think it’s overrated or nah. But writing definitely helps, you can write in plain words, just pouring the contents of your mind to paper or you can get creative with it. Whatever works for you, darling.
* Reading a book also does the trick , read while sipping some tea and lovely short bread, scones or cookies. Even if Na akara, because e dey bang.
* cooking your favorite meal , for me pasta la vistaaa timee. Add lots of cheese if you can, you deserve it.
* cry it out !! this is so important guys. dont keep it in, cry it out. let it go. let go of all the pent up bad vibes.
* lastly , try to let go of the things that hurt you. make a resolve every night before you go to bed. forgive , but don’t go back to the same things that hurt you.
